“Inside Out” is about sharing with strangers, and on occasion, over sharing. I’m an extremely talkative person and I’m likely to share things that surprise some people. I’ve done a lot, made a ton of mistakes, and lived through some stuff that I’m not embarrassed about. I’m not embarrassed about much, and I think sharing those things are important because it can connect people who have similar experiences or need support. For instance, mental health medication! I start every morning with my sweet sweet sertraline, the generic Zoloft. Destroy the stigma, it’s changed my life and I’m so thankful!
